During the COVID-19 response, I managed workforce operations for more than 300 staff across contact tracing, vaccination, quality assurance, and data teams. I've also reduced procedural inventory from $12M to under $6M while maintaining capacity, improved reprocessed EP catheter inventory performance from 144th to #1 nationally, and built scalable systems for medical-record distribution and tracking.
