At American Honda Motor Company, I lead new-hire orientation, core training, LMS governance, and workforce development initiatives. I created a Honda Philosophy-centered curriculum model and led development of Leading Projects with Confidence, giving Career Level 4 associates practical project-management tools.

I've built employee learning, onboarding, engagement, and HR operations programs across Centra Credit Union, LHP Engineering Solutions, Valeo of North America, Decatur County Memorial Hospital, and MainSource Financial Group. My work has included enterprise development programs, full-cycle recruiting for 120+ roles annually, employee relations in a 1,200-employee manufacturing facility, benefits administration, and HRIS data management.
