I'm currently supporting Colorado's Paid Family and Medical Leave Insurance (FAMLI) program with the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment, helping claimants, employers, and healthcare providers resolve complex inquiries in a high-volume remote contact center.

I guide users through account registration, system navigation, troubleshooting, and self-service tools while reviewing accounts for missing information, discrepancies, and incomplete submissions. I maintain detailed CRM documentation to support compliance, service continuity, and audit readiness.

Previously, I delivered career services, job placement support, workforce-program compliance tracking, recruitment-event coordination, and labor market research through CareerSource Pasco-Hernando and the Florida Department of Commerce.

My background also includes emergency dispatch at ADT, multi-site scheduling and team support at H&R Block, and ER registration and guest services at BayCare North Bay. I bring more than 10 years of client service, operations, case management, and administrative experience to fast-paced environments.
