What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a fully remote operations, program coordination, compliance, or administrative role where I can apply attention to detail, relationship-building, documentation accuracy, and workflow coordination to organizational success.

I’m an operations, compliance, and research professional with experience managing complex, high-volume workflows in remote environments. My background spans insurance, workforce services, benefits administration, training, customer operations, and entrepreneurship, with a strong focus on process management, documentation, research, problem-solving, and regulatory compliance.

At Liberty Mutual, I managed 120–175 active files while independently prioritizing daily workloads, investigating complex issues, interpreting policies and requirements, maintaining detailed documentation, and coordinating resolutions across multiple systems and stakeholders. I was also selected as a trainer and subject matter expert, onboarding employees and helping teammates navigate workflows, systems, and documentation requirements. My performance earned recognition including Q1 Unit Highest Achiever, Desktop Management Achiever, and Special Investigations Recognition.

My previous experience includes remote claims operations with Progressive Insurance and high-volume case, eligibility, enrollment, documentation, and compliance work with EQUUS Workforce Solutions and BenefitMall. Across these roles, I’ve developed a reputation for learning complex processes quickly, identifying what needs to happen next, and managing work independently through completion.

I’m especially interested in fully remote roles in operations, business operations, program coordination, compliance, research, administrative operations, quality, process improvement, and analyst work. I’m at my best in environments that value autonomy, clear outcomes, thoughtful problem-solving, and strong individual ownership of work.

I’m particularly interested in opportunities where I can use my experience to improve processes, research and resolve complex issues, maintain accurate and compliant operations, and help teams work more efficiently.
