I’m a Collections Agent committed to producing high-quality work with precision and consistency. In my role at Rentoza, I contact debtors by telephone, email and chats to enact and negotiate debt recovery, locate default debtors to retrieve outstanding balances, and send statements of delinquencies to the credit bureau.

I’m detail-oriented and observant, and I actively support compliant recovery processes by implementing company policy and initiating legal repossession proceedings if debt recovery fails. I also manually update my database of daily progress, add new clients daily, assess current client profiles, record client profiles using sheets, and manually run failed debit orders to keep information accurate and current.
