What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can manage collections with accurate reporting, handle confidential data responsibly, and grow into accounting and HR support in a team that values reliability and deadlines.

I’m a detail-oriented debt collection professional with hands-on office support experience, managing bad debt accounts in Sage and Excel.

I communicate with clients using phone, email, and WhatsApp to recover outstanding payments, negotiate Promise-to-Pay agreements, and prepare payment and repossession notices, all while maintaining strict confidentiality.

I also bring strong administrative capability—document control, filing, archiving, and reporting—and I’m currently expanding my skills in accounting and HR to support long-term international career opportunities.
