What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Remote Customer Care Specialist role where I can provide support, manage inquiries, connect people with essential resources, and help resolve issues efficiently. I'm eager to contribute to MCI's mission.

At Domestic Violence Intervention Program, I help clients transition out of domestic violence situations by connecting them with resources such as treatment, counseling, and housing.

I also assist clients with employment opportunities and guide them through Iowa Chapter Code 236 to obtain No Contact Orders. I attend court hearings to offer support during legal proceedings.
