I'm currently supporting vendors and customers at Bush Industries through inbound calls and emails, relationship-building, payment processing, order entry, and vendor tracking.

Previously, I managed up to 10 staff members at The Resource Center, leading staff training and payroll while supporting staff and residents through conflict. At Cassadaga Job Corps, I supervised staff and students, maintained training, coordinated schedules, and acted as Center Director when needed.

At The Salvation Army Anew Center, I taught college-level prevention courses on dating violence, sexual assault, stalking, and human trafficking. I also advocated for survivors, conducted hospital visits, trained employees on Department of Health regulations, and worked with local police departments and crime services.

My background also includes library support, event planning, patron research, newsletters, computer instruction, lesson planning, and volunteer teaching. I bring clear communication, attention to detail, multitasking, effective listening, and a commitment to hard work, perseverance, and dedication.
