What I'm looking for

I'm looking to support clients and teams in a human services, administrative, or client services role where I can use care coordination, documentation, billing, payroll, and communication skills to help people access needed resources.

I've supported clients, providers, and teams at the Mental Health Agency of Southeast Iowa through administrative coordination, billing, records, and resource guidance. I entered client and provider information in CSN, processed applications, supported committal filings, and helped people access needed services.

At Menards, I led sales and office teams, managed AP/AR, trained staff, and supported HR operations. I bring a client-centered, organized approach grounded in communication, follow-through, and accurate documentation.
