What I'm looking for
I am a dedicated and results-driven talent sourcer with a proven track record in recruitment, particularly in high-pressure environments. My journey began at Facebook (Meta), where I sourced candidates for Community Operations teams across EMEA and APAC markets. I was part of a pilot program and was one of the few selected to continue after my contract, demonstrating my ability to exceed expectations and adapt to challenging hiring needs.
Throughout my career, I have consistently excelled in various roles, from Junior Recruiter to Talent Acquisition Specialist. My strong emotional intelligence and professional attitude have allowed me to successfully fill difficult positions, such as an Operations Manager role that had been open for 18 months, which I closed in under four weeks. I take pride in delivering a smooth and positive candidate experience while managing multiple roles across various languages.
Currently, I am pursuing my passion for coaching, helping clients overcome chronic pain and injury, while also teaching Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. My diverse background in recruitment and coaching has equipped me with unique skills that I bring to every role I undertake.
