I'm looking to leverage my aptitude for cross-organizational collaboration to create streamlined, cohesive systems.

At Edwards Lifesciences, I lead Salesforce administration and security for Health Cloud projects, partnering with support, quality, sales, clinical, field service, IT security, and legal teams. I manage integrations, FDA security requirements for personal health information, UAT, automated processes, and developer sandboxes.

Previously, I supported 1,200+ Salesforce users at Netskope, migrated the organization from Salesforce Classic to Lightning, and helped move Zendesk to Service Cloud and Community Cloud. I bring hands-on experience building streamlined workflows, training users, mentoring admins, and translating cross-functional requirements into deployed Salesforce solutions.
