I’m newly certified for the NDIS and completed a comprehensive self-paced NDIS Virtual Assistant training program, earning five industry-related certifications (including four through the NDIS Commission Learning Program). Through this training, I built a solid foundation in NDIS administration, participant confidentiality, documentation management, scheduling, service agreements, compliance requirements, and provider workflows.
