I’m a results-driven technology professional with experience spanning technical support, customer service, digital asset management, hardware, procurement, web development, sales and project management. I enjoy solving problems, learning quickly, and turning technical challenges into practical solutions that improve the customer experience.

Since May 2024, I have worked as a Digital Asset Manager at YouVersion, where I manage digital assets while applying strong attention to detail, communication, organisation and problem-solving skills. I also work part-time with XerroRisk Consultancy (Pvt) Ltd as a Hardware Specialist and Procurement Consultant, and previously gained technical support experience at OmniContact.

My earlier experience includes sales and marketing at Drekofil Investments (Pvt) Ltd, as well as working as a Senior Web Designer and Project Manager at zimHosts.com, where I was recognised as In-house Designer of the Year in 2018 and selected as a company representative during 2018 and 2019.

Academically, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and IT from the Catholic University in Zimbabwe. During my final year, my project won Project of the Year for an ambitious technology solution aimed at addressing traffic-sign challenges in Africa.

I have also completed Google certificates in Digital Marketing and through Coursera, and I am currently continuing my studies in Cybersecurity and Technical Support.

I bring a combination of technical curiosity, customer empathy, analytical thinking, adaptability, communication, ownership and a strong problem-solving mindset. I’m particularly interested in Technical Support, IT Support, Customer Success and Customer Service roles where I can help people solve problems while continuously developing my technical expertise.

I’m not simply looking for a job—I’m looking for an opportunity to solve meaningful problems, learn continuously, contribute to a team and create measurable value for both the customer and the organisation.
