I’m looking to lead consultative B2B enterprise sales for ERP, HRMS and payroll—owning full lifecycle growth, engaging CFO-level stakeholders, and driving recurring subscription revenue in a solutions-driven, performance-focused environment.

I’m a senior Business Development Manager with 15+ years of experience driving B2B enterprise sales, new business acquisition, and revenue growth across ERP, accounting, payroll, and HRMS solutions. I focus on winning complex deals end-to-end while building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders.

In my current role as Business Development Manager at Omni Africa, I own the full sales lifecycle for ERP, accounting, payroll, and HRMS solutions—targeting SMEs, corporates, and institutional clients. I engage CFOs and executive stakeholders on governance, compliance, and financial controls, and I close ERP deals averaging R300,000+, including software licenses, implementations, and recurring subscriptions.

Before this, I spent 12+ years at Sage in Johannesburg as a Business Development Executive–Enterprise Solutions, delivering consultative B2B sales to enterprise and mid-market clients. I sold software licenses, SaaS subscriptions, implementation services, and support contracts, managing multi-stakeholder cycles from discovery through contract close while driving pipeline growth, deal forecasting, and consistent quota achievement.

My background also includes export and marketing roles in Zimbabwe, along with early experience in finance and compliance. That blend helps me bring structured planning, stakeholder clarity, and a solutions-first approach to enterprise selling—especially within subscription-based SaaS revenue models.
