In my Tele Counsellor role at Frankfinn Institute, I effectively explained products/services and answered queries to potential customers’ satisfaction. I also achieved monthly targets for lead generation and sales conversion consistently.

As a Customer Support Executive, I handle customer queries via email, chat, and phone, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. I’ve also worked on customer win-back by contacting users who gave low ratings, and I currently manage end-to-end insurance process operations while handling multiple chat processes with accuracy and timely resolution.
