I am looking for a job that specializes in Customer Care or Customer Support. I am also open for a job where I can get out of my box or comfort zone.

I am Kristophere Valencia. I have 5 years of experience in being a Customer Service Representative, 1 year in a retail account and 4 years in an Healthcare account. For my educational background, I am an undergraduate of Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. Here are some of my skills, I have good communication skills, able to build rapport and trust with client/customer, can utilize the company's tools and product in an efficient way, can adapt to any environment, have good critical thinking skills, and always willing to learn something new.
