At Mount Media Limited, I joined as employee #2 and progressed through multiple promotions into a cross-functional operational leadership role supporting founders and senior management. I built the Operations function from scratch, bringing departments together and improving day-to-day processes as the business grew.
I also built the Finance function in-house, taking ownership of payments, reporting and financial procedures. Improved analysis and follow-up reduced outstanding receivables from €250k to €30k within two months, and I remained a key person during financial audits.
I built the Compliance department from the ground up, developing procedures for KYC and AML and handling corporate compliance matters. I also led systems and automation projects, including a Power Apps onboarding solution connecting multiple departments.
Earlier, at SupeLtd (start-up) / BGOEntertainment, I built operational analytics processes for a newly launched social app. At Ribena, I led strategic projects, introduced market and pricing analysis models, and delivered a website redesign. My experience spans operations, finance, compliance, systems and business infrastructure.
