At AGV Group Malta Ltd, I oversee daily operations across a hospitality group of boutique hotels and food & beverage outlets in Malta. I monitor KPIs and financial performance, manage budgets and procurement, and coordinate maintenance across properties.
I work with multidisciplinary teams, franchise partners and senior management on operational projects, promotional campaigns and new business initiatives. I also support process improvement and the implementation of operational technologies and POS systems.
Previously, as Assistant General Manager at NAAR Ltd., I managed day-to-day operations and supported financial performance through budgeting, labour planning and reporting. I also worked in hospitality leadership roles onboard luxury cruise ships for eight years, in multicultural teams and international environments.
