At Avion Express Malta Ltd and SmartLynx Airlines Malta Ltd, I established the Corporate Services function during both airlines’ establishment and growth in Malta. I delivered office projects, including relocating the SmartLynx Malta headquarters within approximately six weeks with zero operational downtime.
I coordinated workforce support for international employee rotations and managed operational services across facilities, procurement, accommodation and workplace technology. I also reviewed operational expenditure and implemented cost-optimisation initiatives across travel, accommodation, transport and supplier services.
At The International Institute for Justice and the Rule of Law, Malta, I managed procurement, administration, budgeting and operational support for internationally funded programmes. I also coordinated international events and served as a primary contact during external donor audits.
Earlier, I coordinated workforce mobilisation and logistics for oil and gas operations in Libya. During the Libyan uprising, I coordinated the evacuation of approximately 250 employees using air, land and sea routes.
