I provide hands-on customer support, assess needs, answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and communicate clear next steps. I maintain accurate customer accounts, schedules, invoices, payments, documentation, and business records while using digital booking, communication, payment, and recordkeeping systems.

I also conduct outbound outreach and cold calling to qualify prospects, communicate service value, and build ongoing client relationships.

Earlier, I supported customers and processed prescriptions, insurance claims, and payments at CVS Pharmacy, and managed sales, inventory, merchandising, and team support as Kmart's Jewelry Department Manager. Across these roles, I've built 15+ years of experience in customer service, client relationships, account management, operations, and issue resolution.
