I'm looking to lead customer relationships and operations where I can improve retention, resolve complex issues, protect revenue, and build customer-first processes across teams.

At Hospitality Control Solutions, I own the full customer lifecycle for a SaaS-model Point-of-Sale reseller, from onboarding and engagement through escalations, retention, and growth opportunities.

I've maintained client relationships across 700+ accounts, using customer usage data, billing analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to identify risks, resolve issues, and improve service delivery. I partner directly with the CEO, sales teams, and vendors to build customer-centric policies and reduce friction.

My work has protected meaningful revenue, including identifying a $60K vendor commission discrepancy and resolving a vendor invoice error that saved more than $70K.

During COVID-19, I realigned operations to maintain 100% customer order fulfillment and zero client attrition. I bring empathy, accountability, and practical problem-solving to difficult customer situations so they become lasting partnerships.
