I'm looking for a people operations or HR coordination role where I can support onboarding, employee records, compliance, training, and process improvement in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.

At Biscuits Leclerc, I coordinated onboarding for 200+ employees, maintained audit-ready training records in SuccessFactors LMS, and followed up on mandatory compliance requirements. I create SOPs and training resources, deliver onboarding sessions, and serve as a responsive point of contact for employees.
