What I'm looking for

I seek a people-focused HR role where I can lead HRIS implementation, improve payroll and benefits accuracy, and deliver a seamless employee experience in a collaborative culture.

I am an HR specialist with broad hands-on experience managing the full employee lifecycle, HR operations, and benefits administration for companies ranging from startups to global organizations.

At Worldline I serve as the onsite HR presence for the Canadian headquarters supporting ~130 employees, where I manage Canadian health and RRSP benefits, correct payroll discrepancies in ADP, and align regional processes to global standards.

Previously I was the sole HR practitioner for Vancouver Phoenix Gymnastics (60+ employees), where I implemented Humi, created compliant employment agreements, conducted audits to resolve payroll and benefits errors, and designed a payscale and professional development framework.

I have implemented multiple HR systems (Greenhouse, BambooHR, Humi), driven recruitment and onboarding programs that scaled teams significantly, and run a small business where I managed branding, marketing, finance, and a Wix website.
