What I'm looking for

I am looking for a mid-level HR role where I can lead benefits and Workday payroll/HRIS initiatives, improve processes, and support employee experience in a collaborative, growth-oriented company.

I am an HR professional with extensive experience implementing and supporting large-scale Workday payroll and benefits integrations across US and Canadian operations. I have led post-merger consolidations to ensure seamless system and vendor transitions with minimal disruption.

In my current role I optimize benefits administration, track benefits billing, and manage end-to-end leave processes while creating employee-facing materials like benefits handbooks and leave of absence policies. I contribute critical data for budgeting and financial forecasting through meticulous tracking and reporting.

Previously I supported total rewards cycles, developed benefits decks to increase utilization, and onboarded hundreds of employees by designing scalable recruitment and onboarding strategies. I also managed HR documentation, compliance with labour law, and facilitated Short-Term and Long-Term Disability applications.

I combine practical HRIS expertise (Workday, Ceridian, ADP, Paycom, InfoHR) with outreach, events, and communications experience, including social media growth and materials design, to deliver efficient HR operations and a strong employee experience.
