What I'm looking for

I'm looking to relocate for an HR role where I can improve people processes, support employee relations, use HR data to guide decisions, and contribute to an engaged, compliant workplace culture.

At Certarus, I build and improve employment policies, processes, and practices while supporting managers and employees through employee relations, performance management, investigations, and conflict resolution.

I led HRIS migration, process redesign, testing, and user training, eliminating supplemental systems and automating administrative work. I also designed automated HR reports in UKG BI and supported compensation and benefits reassessments using internal equity and market data.

I've supported full-cycle recruitment and the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through leave administration and offboarding. I enjoy creating practical HR programs that improve compliance, reporting accuracy, employee experience, and culture.
