I’m a highly organized, detail-driven professional with a background in executive-level project account and management, SaaS operations, planning and logistics, training & implementation, customer service, and data analytics. I combine technical knowledge with strong communication and organizational skills to drive measurable outcomes for clients.

As a Saas Account Implementation Manager and trainer, I lead end-to-end client on/offboarding and technical system adoption & support for complex medical EHR and RCM platforms. I manage simultaneous high-stakes rollouts by building project timelines, deployment plans, and documentation, then deliver real-time training and troubleshooting during go-live. By bridging technical deployment and end-user adoption, I helped secure a 94% contract retention rate, plus an additional $45K revenue stream.

I also serve as an SME across onboarding, data exchange, and financial/contract analysis. In my Client Success Manager role, I identified data variances that helped secure over $10M in findings and $19M in overpaid fees, while maintaining smooth workflows through exemplary customer service and clear executive client summaries.

Earlier, I used research, analytics, and SQL to locate high propensity overpayments and improve payment integrity outcomes, including revenue growth of 54% and process flows that secured over $5M in savings.
