I’m a highly organized, detail-driven professional with a background in executive-level project account and management, SaaS operations, planning and logistics, training & implementation, customer service, and data analytics. As a Saas Account Implementation Manager and trainer, I lead end-to-end client on/offboarding and technical system adoption & support for complex medical EHR and RCM platforms. I manage simultaneous high-stakes rollouts by building project timelines, deployment plans, and documentation, then deliver real-time training and troubleshooting during go-live. By bridging technical deployment and end-user adoption, I helped secure a 94% contract retention rate, plus an additional $45K revenue stream.
I also serve as an SME across onboarding, data exchange, and financial/contract analysis.
