What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-focused administrative or operations role where I can resolve concerns, manage records and scheduling, support high-volume operations, and use strong communication to improve customer experiences.

At Empire Beauty School, I improved student retention and customer satisfaction through individualized guidance, concern resolution, and consistent follow-up. I coordinated scheduling, referrals, documentation, electronic records, and compliance in a fast-paced environment.
