I’m an executive administrative & operations professional and business administration graduate with progressive leadership experience supporting organizational operations, executive decision-making, personnel management, and administrative functions across childcare, retail, and small business environments.
I’ve led day-to-day operations as a store manager, salon manager, and owner/operator—maintaining compliance standards, managing confidential records, coordinating scheduling, and supporting teams with process improvement.
