I am a customer-focused sales and data-driven professional with a Bachelor of Real Estate and over two years of experience across credit operations, customer service, and property management. I blend real estate knowledge with financial insights to support decision-making and operational efficiency.

Currently, I work as a Contact Centre Agent at NCBA Loop, handling 100+ inbound and outbound interactions daily across phone, email, and in-app chat, and consistently recognized for performance excellence. I generate service reports, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute process-improvement suggestions that reduced handling time and improved first-contact resolution.

Previously, I supported property sales, leasing, valuation, and financing transactions as an administrative assistant at Baseland and Properties Consultant, managing documentation, client coordination, market research, and property databases. I also completed a property management internship where I helped prepare performance reports, track rent collection, and coordinate maintenance and vendor engagements.

I am expanding my technical skills through a part-time Data Science bootcamp and have hands-on experience with Excel, SQL, and basic Python for analysis and reporting. I seek roles where I can apply my customer service, sales support, and analytical abilities to drive customer satisfaction and operational improvements.
