I’m a dedicated, results-driven customer service professional focused on delivering exceptional support and practical solutions. I’m known for resolving complex issues quickly, communicating clearly, and turning customer feedback into meaningful service improvements.

In my recent roles as an Administrative Assistant and Customer Representative, I coordinated end-to-end delivery while maintaining strong customer communication. I also onboarded landlords and caretakers, scheduled and conducted client calls, and supported platform growth through engagement. Alongside this, I helped with marketing campaigns by creating social media content and copy, and I consistently reported feedback to management to shape product improvements.

I bring a structured, analytical mindset from my background in Linguistics Media and Communication, including coursework in Communication Strategies, Digital Media, and Research & Data Analysis. I’ve also completed Google Data Analytics, strengthening my ability to work with spreadsheets, SQL, data visualization, and business reporting—so I can support customers while helping teams make smarter decisions.
