I’m looking to join a high-context, zero-structure Founder’s Office environment where I can own end-to-end research and people/ops initiatives, move fast, and distill complexity into executive-ready action.

I’m a Sociology graduate (CGPA 8.84) with a proven ability to analyse problems, synthesise insights, and communicate clearly across stakeholders. Trained in the McKinsey Forward Program, I’m experienced in end-to-end research, HR operations, and stakeholder facilitation—bringing analytical rigour, emotional intelligence, and execution-readiness to ambiguous, high-context environments.

I’ve led a Social Media & Youth Wellbeing independent thesis end-to-end—scoping the problem, designing the survey, collecting 100 responses across West Delhi, and building an Excel model to translate risk clusters into policy-level, actionable wellbeing recommendations. I also applied compa-ratio analysis and Lean methodology in HR simulation work, alongside facilitation and people-first coaching experience—so I can move fast, own outcomes independently, and turn complexity into executive-ready action.
