I’m a Talent & Culture Operations professional combining HR operations, process improvement, and data analytics to help teams run with clarity and speed. I build KPI dashboards and turn employee and operational data into actionable insights.

I also manage and reconcile records across multiple systems to protect data integrity for donor reporting and compliance.
