What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead mixed-methods research, engage stakeholders, and translate complex qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable recommendations for organizational decision-making.

I’m a final-year Doctoral Researcher focused on strategy, organizational behaviour, and management research. I lead end-to-end mixed-methods projects on knowledge sharing and organisational dynamics in Indian family-owned SMEs, from problem definition and research design to stakeholder engagement and strategic recommendations.

I analyze qualitative and quantitative data using interviews, surveys, PLS-SEM, and statistical techniques, then translate complex findings into actionable insights for organizational decision-making. I also manage research timelines and workstreams by collaborating with faculty, researchers, and external stakeholders, and I communicate results through research reports, executive presentations, and published conference/journal work.
