I’m looking for a fast-paced, high-growth team where I can own people operations end-to-end—partnering with leadership on workforce planning, improving HR systems and processes, and delivering a service-first employee experience.

I’m a People Operations professional with 3+ years of experience delivering seamless employee experiences across the full employee lifecycle. I serve as a primary HR point of contact for onboarding, offboarding, policy, and employee relations—bringing operational precision and a service-first mindset to every interaction.

At PollPe, I own end-to-end HR operations (recruitment, new hire onboarding, HR system data entry and auditing, orientation scheduling, and exit processing) and support process improvements through structured documentation. I also partner with senior leadership on workforce planning and headcount scaling, and I’ve supported performance cycles, policy rollouts, and compliance reporting while implementing Agile HR frameworks to improve efficiency.
