What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a People/HR Operations role where I can own the end-to-end employee lifecycle, partner with business leaders, automate HR workflows, and use HR analytics to improve engagement, data accuracy, and employee experience in a fast-paced environment.

I’m a highly motivated, outcome-focused HR and People Operations professional with around 5 years of experience. I’m a people person with strong interpersonal skills, and I’m dedicated and proactive about guiding employees and managers through HR policies, processes, and employee relations.

In my current role as a Senior People Operations Specialist, I manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle—onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and offboarding—while partnering with business leaders to align people initiatives to organizational goals. I also own compensation processes, coordinate payroll inputs with Finance, act as a primary HR point of contact, and help scale HR practices for a fast-paced startup environment.
