I’m an HR and recruitment-focused professional with hands-on experience across end-to-end hiring, onboarding/offboarding, HR documentation, and HR MIS reporting. Through multiple remote internships and roles, I’ve strengthened my ability to turn raw candidate and employee data into clear, actionable next steps.
In recruiting, I’ve supported resume screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups while running LinkedIn sourcing and daily outreach. I’ve coordinated HR operations activities like onboarding, employee engagement, and maintaining accurate activity/candidate trackers using tools such as Google Sheets, Apollo, Hunter, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
I also built credibility through measurable execution—conducting 40+ initial HR screening interviews, maintaining 100% accuracy in employee records on Excel, and organizing orientation/training for 15+ interns. Earlier, as a Customer Relationship Executive, I handled customer issues and maintained accurate CRM-style data, sharpening communication, problem-solving, and data handling.
My projects reflect how I think: from HR operations & payroll simulations (PF/ESI, attendance/leave tracking) to HR analytics dashboards in Excel and AI-ready workforce capability heatmaps in Google Sheets and Power BI.
