What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an HR Executive role where I can own full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, strengthen HRMS/ATS reporting, improve processes, and partner cross-functionally to boost employee engagement and retention.

I’m an HR Executive with 3.5 years of experience across end-to-end recruitment, HR Operations, employee onboarding, and employee engagement. I manage the full employee lifecycle—from talent acquisition and onboarding through documentation, HRMS administration, and engagement initiatives—with a strong focus on process improvement and stakeholder coordination.

In my current role, I own onboarding operations and Level 2 Background Verification (BGV), ensuring timely verification within SLA while maintaining accurate HR operational records for audit readiness. Across previous roles, I’ve supported hiring strategy alignment with leadership, used ATS dashboards and recruitment trackers to analyze KPIs, and helped improve candidate quality and time-to-fill through data-driven recruiting insights.
