I’m looking for a role where I can run people-centric HR operations and hiring with strong compliance, efficient processes, and data-driven reporting—so I can improve onboarding, employee experience, and organizational growth.

I’m a versatile HR professional with hands-on experience in both operations and talent acquisition, focused on optimizing employee experience and streamlining processes. I’ve led end-to-end onboarding, managed HRIS accuracy for 500+ employees using Zoho People, and ensured HR compliance through POSH training and employee lifecycle transactions.

I also strengthen day-to-day HR service through grievance management and HR reporting, resolving 200+ employee queries and supporting workforce analytics and diversity initiatives. From building HR policies/SOPs and running engagement programs to administering ATS and HRMS tools (Zoho Recruit, KekaHR), I bring structured, people-first execution to support organizational growth.
