I’m looking to drive end-to-end hiring and employee lifecycle work—using structured interviews, HR operations, and HR analytics—to improve hiring quality, onboarding productivity, and retention in a growth-focused team.

I’m an HR & People Operations professional with an MBA in HR Management & Business Analytics, pairing full-cycle talent acquisition with data-driven people decisions. In my current role as an HR Executive (Human Resources & Talent Acquisition) at TruEstate, I own the end-to-end employee lifecycle for a 70+ person organization and have hired 50+ across Product, Digital & Performance Marketing, Sales, HR, and Content Creator roles.

I partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and run competency-based, structured interview processes to improve hiring quality and consistency. I also administer HRMS and payroll coordination, manage attendance & leave, support statutory compliance, and strengthen culture through onboarding, induction, employee engagement, grievance resolution, and exit interviews—backed by SHRM-CP certification and hands-on HR analytics with Power BI, SPSS, and R.
