I’m a product manager who aims to build “something that makes somebody, whoever they are… feel like this thing was built just for them.” I’ve spent eight years blending technical product thinking with customer empathy—starting from translation-heavy API work for restaurant delivery and evolving into senior ownership across complex checkout, financing, and integrations.
Most recently, as a Senior Product Manager at Tillster, I owned the Catering+ module across 100+ restaurant brands, using OrderReady AI confidence with LaunchDarkly fallbacks, and making a major checkout decision after Mixpanel + operator interviews showed corporate catering drop-off. I also redesigned terms and rollout (including business-email-only sequencing), wrote PRDs in Confluence, and worked through edge cases to integrate Grubhub catering into the same system as regular delivery orders. Earlier at Mosaic, I redesigned the solar loan application flow for mobile (splitting prequalification to ship as SwiftLink with compliance constraints), ran A/B tests with automated reminders, and led product work across Aurora Solar integration, deferred payment messaging, and a clearer homeowner portal. Before that, I shipped API tools at Woflow by choosing prioritized output formats, testing with Postman, and accelerating learning through pilot implementations; and at Citi, I built Python and SQL/XLS-based tooling to streamline trade break checks and make settlement status visible earlier.
