What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a product team where I can own outcomes end-to-end—pairing research, analytics (SQL/Mixpanel/Amplitude), and experiments (A/B, feature flags) with clear collaboration to build inclusive experiences, even when the work is technical.

I’m a product manager who focuses on what makes people feel like a product was built for them. I believe differences are a strength, and product work should consistently translate needs, context, and constraints into clear experiences.

At Tillster, I lead catering and group ordering across a restaurant technology platform serving 100+ QSR and fast-casual brands. I worked with data science on OrderReady AI confidence and fallbacks, used Mixpanel plus operator interviews to diagnose checkout drop-offs, and helped shape wording and flows so corporate customers could lock in orders and complete payment before pickup. I also built roadmap work in Jira/Confluence (user stories, sprint breakdowns) and drove integrations like the Grubhub catering PRD—mapping edge cases so catering orders flow through the same system as regular delivery.

Previously at Mosaic, I redesigned the solar loan application flow for mobile by pulling drop-off data from Looker and validating the experience in person. I worked with underwriting and compliance to split prequalification into a SwiftLink flow and then ran A/B tests across multiple states, with follow-on improvements from call-center feedback via automated reminders. I also supported competitive product positioning through win/loss analysis, updated onboarding/pitch materials for transparency and personal support, and partnered on an Aurora Solar integration to refresh specs automatically when inputs change—reducing rework for contractors.

Earlier, I designed the PowerSwitch deferred-payment product around a key customer risk, using Figma wireframes and compliance-reviewed disclosure wording, then improved onboarding clarity with launch reminders after testing showed customers forgot details. I also built parts of the homeowner portal using Amplitude support insights and implemented monitoring integrations (Enphase, SolarEdge, SMA). My foundation includes technical execution—API tooling at Woflow and Python/SQL automation plus dashboards as a Technical Analyst at Citi—so I can bridge user needs, experimentation, and engineering decisions.

Current

Senior Product Manager

Tillster

Jan 2024 - Present (2 years 4 months)

Owned Tillster’s Catering+ module for 100+ restaurant brands, improving checkout and catering-order reliability by using data science confidence thresholds and feature-flagged fallbacks. Redesigned corporate catering flow by identifying credit-card timing issues, piloting deferred-style payment wording, and expanding account-management features via roadmap, PRDs, and Jira user stories.

MO

Technical Product Manager

Mosaic

Jul 2020 - Dec 2023 (3 years 5 months)

Redesigned the mobile loan application by splitting underwriting steps into a SwiftLink prequalification flow and running contractor-partner A/B tests across California, Texas, Arizona, and Florida, reducing drop-off and call-center churn. Led product and technical integrations including Aurora Solar, building logic to re-rate loans when homeowner specs change, and improved homeowner communication

WO

Product Manager

Woflow

Jun 2019 - Apr 2020 (10 months)

Scoped and drove a restaurant menu data transformation tool so delivery platforms (e.g., DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub) could consume restaurant menus in the required formats. Built initial API output support prioritizing DoorDash, tested with Postman, and onboarded pilot customers—growing processing to menus across a few hundred locations by early 2020.

CI

Technical Analyst

Citi

May 2018 - Jun 2019 (1 year 1 month)

Optimized the trade break workflow in custody operations by reordering manual checks to reduce reliance on a legacy system that wasn’t needed for earlier validation steps. Automated daily trade-break delivery with a Python script and built a SQL + Excel VBA dashboard to surface settlement status, failed settlements, and pending confirmations in near real time.
