I’m a Director, Product Manager with 9+ years leading product discovery and strategy for enterprise platforms supporting more than 160k users. I’m known for translating ambiguous business challenges into scalable digital products by directing business analysis, partnering with Engineering, and aligning cross-functional teams around customer outcomes.

At Fidelity Investments, I lead product discovery across three enterprise agentic AI workstreams—defining high-value AI use cases and shaping foundational AI experiences that simplify complex advisor workflows. I partner with UX to define interaction models, direct business analysts, and collaborate with Engineering, UX, Architecture, and business stakeholders to evaluate feasibility, prioritize capabilities, and deliver end-to-end product experiences. I also define knowledge architecture and set success metrics aimed at reducing advisor task completion time from 14 minutes to under 4 minutes.

I present product recommendations, roadmap priorities, and tradeoffs to executive leadership for demos, pilot planning, and rollout, and I introduced planning frameworks adopted across 15 Agile squads within a 19-team enterprise modernization program. Earlier, I improved delivery efficiency by 11% through a digitized onboarding experience as a Lead Business Analyst, and I supported enterprise platform transformation with requirements definition and Agile delivery as a Systems Analyst & Scrum Master.
