I was brought into the team to bring data into the design process. Over the last 3 years I've driven UX on a range of initiatives, UX reviews and the optimization programme across the digital portals.

Leading UX design and analysis on 3 products. Partnering with product owners to design, deliver, and launch the agency's first self-service solution. Driving design, prototyping, and research from start to delivery.

Supporting bespoke development by translating project specification, user flows, wireframes, and collateral. Facilitating design, research, testing, and analysis to improve a legacy enterprise pensions solution used by local authorities across the UK.

Working with a team of developers and statisticians to build bespoke applications for international sporting events across athletics, Premier League, and F1. Driving UX design and analysis, translating vision into interactive prototypes.

I worked within the digital and marketing functions as part of a 3 year business transformation programme. In the first instance I analyzed the societies e-commerce offering which services 700,000 members and millions of transactions every year. Latterly moving on to provide assets, stylesheets and templates.

Conducting UX audit for legal services. Translating project specification, user flows, wireframes, and collateral to facilitate key stakeholder focus and feedback into the development process.

Whilst working with the Comtec team, I helped rebrand the organisation both on and offline. Whilst with the team I developed solutions in a range within a range of CMS / templating systems.

Campaign reach 10 million ABC1 adults
I spent eighteen months building a series of digital projects for the extensive client list of Black Diamond with the account director and creative director at the agency. I designed and developed a range of campaign sites for partners including Guardian, Secret Cinema, Sky and National Geographic.

I led the Digital Services for a Publishing company based within Kent. I was at the forefront of overhauling the companies database driven websites. Whilst at CIM I also implemented a regime of technologies and programme of computer based training programmes to educate the sales team.

After research into the third sector I managed to secure a number of sizable web projects, working alongside some superb marketing teams helping to raise funds for some truly inspiration projects.

Leading design and development of digital projects across iOS app, Joomla, and Wordpress. Working on a business transformation program to refine the web portal for a training solutions company.

My main role at DDA (later to become SNS Design/SNS/Zest) was to aid the Directors in the development of the new media services offered to agency clients. Beyond my development skillset this task also entailed putting into practice my experience of project and document management procedures.

I worked at ART as senior web designer/ developer within the consultancy. I was joined the company as a contract designer and was soon employed on a full time basis. I gained a wide range of experience at this position both in terms of people / project management and in terms of development methodologies whilst taking an active part in developing Retail Advantage a prop tech solution.
