As a consultant, I solved unique and complex problems for users and clients. I also established and coordinated the design community of practice and was appointed as People Champion to support employee engagement and well-being initiatives.

I delivered high-priority, time-sensitive features and strategic modular design solutions that scale for reuse. I was responsible for designing products within regulated software environments, driving and implementing design consistency through comprehensive design standards, reusable patterns, and scalable component libraries.

I delivered service-centric designs for the Home Move customer journey, helping over 2000 customers per week while identifying strategic upgrade and sales opportunities. I worked closely with a multidisciplinary team of UX and content designers to enhance the home mover experience.

I led discovery and ideation for a critical project that secured a major contract with IAG British Airways. I conducted stakeholder interviews and facilitated group study sessions to understand cabin crew roster management challenges.

I designed the Mortgage Calculator and Appointment Bookings services for a new mortgage platform, part of Lloyds’ first integrated online mortgage journey. I also collaborated with the mortgage broker product team to modernize B2B user journeys.

I led interaction design for a Beta phase government project focused on creating a national referral platform for care and services. I worked within the UK Government Digital Service framework to standardize referral processes across local authorities.

I fulfilled a consultant front-end role, remotely collaborating to create a Pensions Management system for internal Scottish Widows operations. I coded in React with TypeScript and Styled Components, heavily focused on form creation, validation and unit testing.

I designed and developed solutions for a mobile-first, real-time photo and data capture capabilities to monitor water network issues and fix statuses. I pioneered the implementation of Yorkshire Water's new brand guidelines, becoming the first designer to translate the updated look and feel into digital products.

I led on front-end, design and usability testing for accessible government websites. I designed digital by default services, partner and citizen accounts, and delivered top of class standards in accessibility, achieving a full three-star rating from SOCITM.

I worked as a frontend intern, gaining foundational experience in web development. This role provided exposure to accessible government websites and digital service design.

Awarded for outstanding academic performance, including the Best Dissertation in Year. Focused on interactive multimedia, gaining expertise in various aspects of digital design and user experience.
