I excel in payment posting and revenue cycle operations, including accurately posting payments in EPIC EHR systems in a timely manner, researching denials, and retrieving EOBs from payer websites. I maintain accurate accounts receivable records, monitor deposits vs. entered deposits, and ensure proper month-end posting with full compliance and quality control (including HIPAA).

In addition to hands-on workflow, I have experience as a Payment Poster/Supervisor: assigning daily/weekly/monthly workload, identifying training needs, conducting production review and performance audits/QA, hosting weekly productivity meetings, and training new hires. I also support process improvement through creating job aids and troubleshooting payment identification and system errors.
