What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a HIPAA-driven role where I can post insurance and patient payments with speed and accuracy, reconcile daily batches, resolve discrepancies fast, and continue growing in medical billing and coding.

I’m a Detail-oriented Medical Payment Posting Specialist with experience in accurately posting insurance and patient payments from paper EOBs, working at high accuracy/speed. I reconcile daily payments to ensure all batches are balanced, identify underpayments/zero-pay discrepancies, and escalate issues to the AR department while processing electronic banking deposits and handling overpayments and refunds with care.

Earlier in my career, I served as a Lead Medical Assistant, coordinating daily tasks and schedules, verifying patient information, and supporting post-operative care.
