What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote-ready role where I can lead operations, improve workflows end-to-end, and partner cross-functionally—using my design/front-end strengths to ship customer-focused product improvements.

I’m an operations leader with six years at a SaaS company and a decade of running a web and marketing studio, where I bridged client-facing design into product development. I’ve managed people, projects, and process—and I’ve designed and built a customer analytics platform from scratch on a two-person team.

Now, I manage full business operations in high-touch environments, owning end-to-end workflows like scheduling, staffing, vendor coordination, inventory, and client communication. Technically fluent across design and front-end development, I’m especially effective at process improvement, workflow automation, and cross-functional collaboration to improve consistency and turnaround.
