What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote role in client delivery, implementation, project management, or operations, ideally with websites, CRM, or automation at its core. I do my best work with teams that value honest communication, clear ownership, and good process, and I enjoy roles that mix hands-on technical work with leading people. Based in Calgary and comfortable working across time zones.

I’m a delivery and operations leader based in Calgary, Canada, with 5+ years running website, CRM, and automation projects for clients across industries. I’ve led remote, cross-border teams in Canada and India, hired and coached developers and designers, and taken projects from kickoff through launch and long-term support.

Most of my work sits where technology meets people: HubSpot and WordPress builds, hosting and DNS migrations, Power Automate workflows, and reporting that shows clients what’s working. I won a competitive RFP to host and support WordPress sites for a major energy client, converted every one-time project client into a recurring one, and built an escalation process that came out of a critical launch failure.

I’m looking for a remote role in client delivery, implementation, project management, or operations, where honest communication and good process matter. I’m also half scientist, half artist. I make music and build a story-driven game in my spare time.
