What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a new IT support role where I can apply my Windows desktop, help desk, and network support skills—solving tough issues with clear communication, improving user onboarding/training, and helping teams deliver reliable technology.

I’m a self-motivated, progress-driven Windows Desktop Support professional with 10+ years of experience providing end-user support, email/system support, desktop installation and configuration, and hands-on training. I’ve managed IT projects and supported multiple departments using practical communication to collaborate with students, faculty, and staff, even when problems are complex.

On campus, I maintained computer labs, managed user accounts on Windows Server, and developed an onboarding process for new and returning students. I also trained 24 people for technical support, supported troubleshooting for both software and hardware, and collaborated with IT to update lab technology; my credentials include Network+ and Security+ training, plus Cisco CNA bootcamp and certifications in data cabling and fiber optics installation.
