What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a hands-on IT support role focused on desktop/helpdesk support, customer-facing troubleshooting, Active Directory account management, and opportunities to grow into systems administration and IT security.

I am an IT support technician with over a decade of experience delivering frontline helpdesk and desktop support for federal agencies. I hold an active Public Trust clearance and deep expertise with ticketing systems and remote support tools.

I resolve high volumes of tickets daily using ServiceNow and Bomgar, manage Active Directory account administration, and troubleshoot software, hardware, Citrix, and token security issues. I build productive client relationships, create practical workarounds, train new staff, and maintain a strong record of first-call resolutions and performance recognition.
